Elizabeth Gillies
Gillies began her acting profession at twelve by participating in local casting call. The acting profession began for her when she was just 12 years older. Her first appearance was in Virgin Mobile commercials. Gillies appeared in the role of a frequent guest on The Black Donnellys during three episodes. Gillies has said that she was not permitted to watch the final program in entirety since her parents felt it was not appropriate for her at that time. In 2008 She appeared in small parts in the show The Clique, Harold, and Locker 514. The summer of 2008, she was also cast as Lucy in a Goodspeed show of Robert's new musical 13 along with her future Victorious co-star Ariana Grande. In the fall of that same year, 13, which was the very first Broadway musical entirely composed of teens, moved to Broadway. Gillies performed in two major performances "Opportunity" along with "It Couldn't be True" in addition to smaller roles in different songs, such as the title song, "Hey Kendra" and "Getting Ready". Gillies continued to be part of the project until its closure on January 4 the 4th of January, 2009.
